Shipping orders within Australia
All orders are shipped via Australia Post nation wide. Tracking number is supplied on date of shipment to the customers requested email address.
Shipping times will take between 3-14 Days for delivery within Australia.

The Intellectual property of the uniform range is owned by The Fashion Source Pty Ltd.

Returns policy
Item Returns are either a faulty product or a wrong size.
Faulty products
All of the uniforms are made with care and are all individually inspected before being shipped out to you to ensure only the highest quality garments are being sent to you.
In the unlikely instance that an item that you have received is faulty please see below the guidelines for customers to follow in relation to the faulty product.
- On receipt of a Faulty Product, within fourteen (14) days please email info@the-fashion-source.com.au notifying Fashion Source that you have received a Faulty Product;
- Fashion Source will email back to you, within 24 hours, the Return of Goods Form to be completed;
- On receipt of that email from Fashion Source:
- please fill in the form and return the completed form and, where possible, a photo of the Faulty Product to info@the-fashion-source.com.au; and
- return the Faulty Product to Fashion Source within twenty-one (21) days of receiving the Faulty Product to The Fashion Source Pty Ltd, 67/21-25 Chambers Road, Altona North VIC 3025
- If Fashion Source assesses that the Product is a Faulty Product, Fashion Source will be liable to pay all freight costs to return the Faulty Product;
- Subject to the Product being in stock, Fashion Source will deliver to you a replacement Product at its cost;
- If the Product is not in stock, Fashion Source will notify you and will deliver the replacement Product at its cost when the Product comes in stock, and/or the customer may cancel the order and the item will be credited at full cost.
The Fashion Source reserves the right to repair or replace any item.
Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure you do not encounter problems and to prolong the life of your garment.
The Fashion Source Pty Ltd holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some garments may appear slightly different shade than they actually are.
All items to be exchanged must be returned in original condition, unlaundered, unworn, unused and with swing tags secure.
Wrong size
In the event you have received the wrong size please see below the guidelines for all customers to follow.
- On receipt of a Wrong Size Product, please immediately email info@the-fashion-source.com.au notifying Fashion Source that you have received a Wrong Size Product;
- Fashion Source will email back to you, within 24 hours, the Return of Goods Form to be completed;
- On receipt of that email from Fashion Source:
- please fill in the form and return the completed form and, where possible, a photo of the Wrong Size Product to info@the-fashion-source.com.au; and
- return the Wrong Size Product to Fashion Source within twenty-one (21) days of receiving the Wrong Size Product;
- If the Correct Size Product is in stock, Fashion Source will deliver to you the Correct Size Product as specified on the completed form; and
- If the Correct Size Product is not held by Fashion Source, Fashion Source will notify the Customer and will deliver the Correct Size Product as specified on the completed form to the Customer when the Correct Size Product comes in stock, and/or Customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund for the Customer Uniform Item(s) if the Customer Uniform Item is returned.
